Project - Ujjwala (Women Empowerment and Skill Development)
Ujjwala is an initiative by AMPS. The society has started these programme at it's registered office at lucknow. As we know that there are so many womens and girls dropputs from the school, because of financial crises they are not able to complete their qualification. Mostly dependent on their husbands and parents. This programme is started for those girls and women's to make them skilled and independent so that they could earn by themselves. Success Story
We started our skill development programme in para village lucknow.
Till now about 130 trainees have been skilled by a self employed business which is definetly an achievment for our programme. Many ex-students have startted thier own shops,some womens and girls are also placed. Here is a story of a Girl named Rajni.
As our project was started in para village lucknow for the skill development classes. She was a Very talented and passionate girl who wants to achieve something in her life She did a proffesional course with us and she wanted to start her own outlet, we have provided her loan from goverment for his startup. and her dream came true She had started her own outlet of handmade things which she sells in the market.
Vinodani Scholarship
is a programme to boost up confidence of hindi medium school girls by sponsering them for their studies. This is our initiative to empower a girl to nourish her life and continue her studies. This programme is interrelated with our ujjawala project in which the school girls with the best performance in the skill development programme will be sponserd by AMPS.

Our Succes Story
A Girl Name Archana from Yoganand balika inter college her father was a carpenter and her mother was paralysed, when her family got information about our scholarship programme they told us that they want her to drop her studies and learn something to help her family financially. We sponsered her for completing her studies and gave our skill development training in beautician course. She established her own Parlour running successfuly by continuing her studies also.
