India has made rapid strides in the health sector since independence.However,various eye opening data from NFHS clearly indicate that access to HEALTHCARE still remains a challenge.
While the health statics of rural india continue to be poor ,the health status and access to health for the poor in urbun slum dwellers has surfaced to be equally deplorable and have less then 4% of government primary healthcare facilities.
Alice Mahila Prasikshan Sansthan has intiated the Healthy india program with Ayush Department Bhart sarkaar.

Educate women, empowers  communities to facilitate skill education in rural India and help them take a stand against gender inequality.
Working directly with government schools ,parents and village leaders, and with the help of over 1,000 community volunteers ( called team Sabla Trainers), we have helped ensure over 90% enrollment and higher attendance for skill devoplepment classes , as well as enhanced learning and self dependency outcomes for rural urban women .
Established in 2001 , trained women has grown from a five hundred schools, pilot project in UP to now serving over 12,000 women in some of India’s most educationally backward regions. Since inception, we have enrolled fifteen thousand girls and women across three thousand villages in all UP, Bihar and MP and we have reached many beneficiaries over all.
 Late Mrs. Vinod kumari mishra founded Alice mahila prasikshan sansthan in 2001 . She was a teacher in  Elimentary education society, she made time to develop and empower womens. She advocated self confidence among womens to uplift education system. she got to know about the gap between central and government schools students.

She saw that comparitevly there is a variation of confidence, communication, and leadership among this girls, because after 12th their parents want’s them to get married and they had only option left was marriage. When shri vinod mam founded all this barriers in education, she decided to take a stand for that girls and started AMPS organisation.
